Our founder, Dave Weimer, has retired after 52 years in the business of making paper tubes. Dave started at Paramount Tube as a janitor working for his dad, Robert Weimer and worked his way up to VP/GM serving 27 years in the business.
In 1991, Phenix Tube was incorporated and the first order was shipped February 1992 to a customer that we still serve today.
Beverly Weimer, our office manager, has retired also after 16 years in the office.
Dennis Weimer is now third generation in the paper tube business and along with his wife Paula, they will continue the business with the same high values we were founded on. Thank you Dave & Bev for your years of service!!
